DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS BEFORE COUNSELLING SESSIONS ARE IN PLACE.

All clients will have a 15-20 minutes free consultation, so we can have a full understanding of your current situation. Interventions will be put in place such as CBT with Depression, Anxiety and Insomnia. Please note once you have paid for your session you will not receive a refund under any circumstances, you will need to go ahead with the session.

COUNSELLING APPROACH

WE ARE SHAPED BY OUR ENVIRONMENT

We are shaped by our environment. Basically meaning we can lose touch with our true self, leaving individuals to feel uncertain or incomplete.

Our learned thoughts and behaviours can also sometimes have a negative impact on our lives. However, the Therapy sessions will help inorder to find yourself and to help lessen the negative thoughts. With working in partnership with the therapist interventions will be put in place which will suit the clients needs.
